Methodology
A. Collection of Samples.
Creation of the base part.
A used pail was collected at one of the researcher’s
house. And 60kls of sand was mixed to the 40kls cement. Then
the researchers covered the used pail with the mixed cement and
sand for additional weight and let it sun dried for 12hours. The
researchers made a hole on the top with a diameter of 4in of the
base part of the created cemented pail. Andon the bottom part, 3
holes was made.
Creation of the siren system.
An empty bottle and plastic hanger was collected at one
of the researcher’s house. An empty bottle was attached to the
plastic hanger. At the opposite end of the hanger, a small knot
was placed. Then the researchers connected the battery and the
bike buzzer by the wire. Beside the battery and the buzzer, a
small iron rod was placed.
Creation of the early warning device.
One PVC tube with a diameter of 4in was be placed on the
hole that was made on the top of the base part. A used speaker
was attached to the top of the tube. 3 siren system was installed
outside of the tube in different heights (45cm, 70, 100cm). each
siren system was connected to the speaker.
