In recent times, lifestyle has become and important factor of health that has gained increasingly more traction in the medical and psychological fields. According to WHO, 60% of related factors to individual health and quality of life are correlated to lifestyle (Ziglio et al, 2004); as a result, the relationship between lifestyle and personal health and well-being must be carefully considered. In this assignment, you will read the “Impact of lifestyle on health” by Farhud, 2015, the nursing reflection, and any other resources that you choose, to create your own reflection on how your lifestyle choices influence your personal health and well being. You should use the reflection example as your template. Requirements: - - Describe the importance of making proper lifestyle choices and how these can affect one’s personal health and well-being (a paragraph of no more than 5 sentences).
