MONITORING AND EVALUATION The TABGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-Community Planning team along with the School Head Mr. Gonzalo I. Torio and the School Project team have come up with eight (8) different projects implemented from the School year 2016-2017 to School year 2018-2019. The eight projects are as follows: Drop Everything and Read by Mrs. Aileen A. Borre, BASU “ Basahin, Alamin, Suriin at Unawain, by Mr. Joedel O. Onio Mr. and Ms. Lakan at Lakambini ng Kalikasan by Mr. Norwil E. Car, Low Math Skill: Enhanced through Peers by Marjorie Margaret C. Rabosa InService Training for Teachers (INSET) on Computer Literacy and Utilization and 21st Century Strategies by Mrs. Jennifer V. Avila, Learners Enhancement Program by Mrs. Dina Melchu E. Plopenio and Stakeholders Brigade (Meeting Mi, Attend Mo). As issues/problems/challenges encountered by the program/ project seriously needed teaching materials in utilizing in the students activity. Administration support is essential in monitoring and evaluating to make programs to be more effective. A project team monitored the projects based on its date and schedule. As evaluated, projects are lack of continuous monitoring and feed backing as it resulted to no continuity of the program. There is no evident of accomplishment reports with documentations before the evaluation of such projects including students result, assessment. The students’ achievement progress is not strictly monitored quarterly. An established school monitoring and evaluation are not organized to spearhead the implementation of the program through a year. Watchful reflection on the project is not implemented by the administration due to different activities and problems encountered by the school.
