Nose down to 5°
Let speed increase with power
Watch out for PLI – stay below
At 145 – Flaps up 15 - remaining on schedule
Gear up
After T/Off check list
After Recovery – come back to V ref spd
Emergency Descent
1. If Rapid decompression with bang suspect structural damage
2. Memory item for rapid decompression
3. Do emergency Descent
PM to ATC – Emergency Descend call
PF to cabin – Rapid Descent (PA)
4. Do cabin rapid depressurization & Emergency descent Cx list
5. Maintain spd at which damage occurs and ser Transponder to 7700
6. Lower Gears to maintain spd & increase ROD
7. When level off
a. Gear up at 235 kts
8. Rest as per QRH
Other Points for Simulator
1. Motoring time by Capt during start anomaly
2. Wet start - No EGT (Announce malfunction) wet start
3. Eng Control lt (master caution) – No go
4. LVP Enforced at <400 ft vis
5. TCAS Exercise

Always inform ATC of the new emergency e.g ( now engine failure)
Engine severe damage on T/Off . Let the spd built – delay rotation

During VOR – Must set 3000 on cruise page
LNAV/VNAV – Non precision app – Press VNAV again at 1900 ft (KHI) – otherwise it will remain in V/S
