(i)Personal Development goals
1.Be a more structured person, have a checklist and priority list to avoid procrastination(Nov 2021)
2.run at least 3 times per week and strength training 2 times per week(in progress)
3.learn to say no to my friends when I have limited time(Dec 2021)
4. make my bed after I wake up every morning(in progress )
5. practice piano for 1 hour every day (I became lazy and stopped Nov 2021)
6. take care of my mental health better, talk to people. (2022)
7. Give 6 speeches in the next term (April 2022)
I have been very bad at time management all throughout my life and because of that I cant seem to
advance more than my inherent talent. Hence, I would like to allocate more time for practice and
improving myself. With that I am sure that I will progress bit by bit and hopefully achieving my full
potential.
(ii)Career goals
1. Attend class on time, focus, make notes during class (in progress)
2.Read two law articles per week (Dec 2021)
3. Do one to two past year question per chapter per subject (Oct 2021)
3. Finish Online recording (2022)
For now I have to focus on my studies to try to get First Class Honours(hopefully) eventhough there
is only one or two graduates in Malaysia with that achievement. In order to achieve it, I will have to
take out a lot of time to read extra materials and revise my studies. I also have to constantly test my
knowledge and standard by attempting past year questions and sending it to lecturers to mark.
(iii)Contribution goals
1.Do my absolute best in MUDA Puchong, constantly looking for ways to build reputation, make
improvements, and organise events and get up to date to political and social issues. (Oct 2021)
2.Be an active member in Toastmasters, volunteering for any roleplayers and help keep the club chat
alive and active. (in progress)
I want to contribute to two of my most cherished group. For MUDA, I want to grow with MUDA and
show people that MUDA is capable of leading the country. This is difficult because the current team
are not politically trained and we have no one to guide us, we just have to make our journey with
baby steps and take responsibility if we make mistakes. For Toastmasters, I have learned a lot from it
and I am very grateful for a lot of my seniors and friends here. I learned that they all want to protect
and grow MJTMC, so in order for me to express my gratitude, I will help them in their goals any way I
can. At the same time, learn more from them and build better relationships with them.
