1. MESSAGE:
“You sent me the wrong item, it’s your fault not mine. I don’t want a refund, I want the item I
ordered!”
You look up the order to find that the customer was sent the correct item and they had
mistakenly ordered the wrong color.
RESPONSE?
Unfortunately, there is no procedure for sending replacements. Please reorder the product you
wanted and we will ship it out promptly.
2. MESSAGE:
“This is the worst bed sheet set I’ve ever slept on! You should be ashamed of yourself for selling
such garbage and tricking customers! Bait and SWITCH!!!! I want a refund immediately and I am
not paying to return this trash.
RESPONSE?
We value your feedback and for doing business with us. You can return the item at your most
convenient time for free. Please be assured that we will also process a refund immediately.
3. MESSAGE:
“The tracking shows the item was delivered but I was home all day it wasn’t delivered. Where is
my item?”
You look up the tracking and the item does show it was delivered to the customers address.
RESPONSE?
We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. We will reach out to the
designated carrier of the item and will provide this information with them.

2. Please copy and paste below, the second sentence from the second message from the
customer.

3. Please copy your third response to the customer. Paste this response below and make it
BOLD.
- We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. We will reach out to the
designated carrier of the item and will provide this information with them.
4. Save this document and attach it to an email. Save it as your last name in lowercase letters,
underscore, then your first name is all caps. Then send it to Stephen@ienjoyhome.com with
the subject line, Regarding the Customer service test for (insert your name in all Capital
letters).
