Assisting health and safety Manager/Supervisor to implement and maintain Health and safety
requirements to the project, assisting supervisory team for risk assessment and developing safe system
of work and / or job Safety Analysis, conduct daily/weekly health safety and environmental inspections,
identifying Unsafe acts & Unsafe conditions, assigning responsibility to concerned person for corrective
action and track the observations until closure, preparing daily/weekly inspection report, providing on job
health and safety training and maintaining records, assisting in development of the emergency response
plan, monitoring emergency rescue arrangements, safety devices, signages are in place and maintained
well, monitoring the First Aid Facilities are maintained adequately, overseeing the development and
adequacy of Daily Tool Box talk on site, conducting weekly HSE Tool Box Talks, conduct weekly safety
meeting for supervisors, assist in accident investigation and reporting, lead the rescue and first aid team,
assist in selection of PPE and take responsibility to monitor the PPE compliance on site, maintenance and
use of special safety equipment, such as SCBA, gas detectors, etc.
