stretch out the hip flexors, which gets so tight from sitting down. If I add in, a nice arm extension, this is
great for my back muscles. Another nice variation is to turn side on and travel with straight legs nice and
parallel. Walking works the front and the backs of the legs, but here I'm working the inner and outer
thigh to give beautiful shape and definition, you can advance this into a sumo squat to really work the
derriere and also try without the arms, so we're stretching the chest, we're strengthening the legs, but
my heart rate is still up for that calorie burn. Now I'm going to turn around and use the bar. So, this is
really nice to open up the chest and stretch those muscles that get notoriously tight from sitting at a
desk or driving. I'm going to lift my knee every time to hip height, and now I'm working the abdominals
without having to get down onto the floor. This is great for your core, and if I add a nice rotation, I'm
working my waist muscles as well. So, aim to do about 10 of those on each side and then I'm going to let

Hands go on to the running belt, and I'm going to let my hands do the walking like your traveling plank.
