Our business is called Ayadina. Ayadina is an online store that sells handmade homeware, home accessories and accessories. a. This is Our Business Model Canvas, which includes key partners which are all relationships with other business, suppliers, manufacturers and others that help our business model work, so in our business model we have working women, trainers who train these women to do all the products efficiently and suppliers of raw material as our key partners. Next we have the key activities, which is any activity the business do to make profit. In Ayadina we produce handmade products, and we also solve problems by helping these women. Moreover, to our key resources which are all resources or input we need to make our business work, in our case we need the working women, the machines they work on, the place they train in (workshop), buses for the women to transport and raw material for the products. Then we have the key propositions which are the unique combination that provide value to the customers to solve a problem, so our key propositions are that our products can be customized or standard, low priced products, we help by doing charity for these women and giving women a better chance to do something more, also our products are diverse and made with high quality. In addition, we also have customer relationships which is how often will we interact with our customers, we have a Co. Creation and personal assistance relationship. Then, we have channels which is how we are going to reach our customers, we plan in reaching them by social media accounts and advertisements, word of mouth and booths at events. Furthermore, what are Ayadina's customer segments, which is describing our target audience and customer groups, we target pottery fans, women and teen girls. Also, Ayadina's cost structure which is the costs that business occurs through its operations, we have workshop rent, utilities and salaries and training expenses. Lastly, Ayadina's revenue stream which is how are we planning to earn money or gain profit, we have transaction based revenue model and project revenue model. b. Ayadina's mission is to help women with low income or no source of income, those who just got of jail, widows and single moms to find a job and something useful that will benefit them financially and benefit the society as well. Our goal is the recognition of the artistic pieces made by Egyptian women and to promote and offer a variety of trendy and fashionable accessories and homeware with reasonable prices. c. We have a wide range of competitors, we have Noon designs, kiliim, Emeli, Zara Home, IKEA and Home Centre , so any store that sells accessories and homeware in general. But there are a lot of things that make us more unique, special and different than our competitors which are our reasonable prices that makes our products affordable to anyone, diversity, where we offer different and diverse products, high quality, where our products are made piece by piece with the best materials and most importantly, is that we help women in need to have a stable source of income and a more meaningful life D. A stakeholder is someone who has an interest in a firm and can influence or be influenced by it. Investors, employees, customers, and suppliers are the major stakeholders in a normal organization. Therefore, our stakeholders are divided into partners and customers. Our key partners include the trainers for the training program we offer, and our working women that produces the products we sell. Also, the suppliers that supply the raw materials for our company such as, wool, beads and cotton for our products, are considered as well another key partner. These partners are considered the organization’s employees and suppliers, which make them stakeholders, as they affect the activity of the organization. However, our customers’ segment includes women in general, teens and pottery fans, as we provide products like accessories and home decors. They are also considered one of our stakeholders, as they can affect the company’s decisions. E. The name of our E-Business is “Ayadina”. It’s an Arabic word that means Our Hands, which represents our products, as we offer products for our customer that are made by hand only (Handmade products Only). Therefore, our slogan meets our mission and our goal. It states “From Their Hands to Yours”, which promotes and assist the recognition of the handmade products that are made by Egyptian women with low income. However, the Revenue Model explains how a firm makes money from the value it provides to customers. The e-business model of our website is B2C, which is business to customers. We conduct our business by selling products directly to the consumers who are the endusers of our products. Our company generates revenue through two types of models, the web sales model and the affiliate model. The affiliate model works by promoting links to relevant products and collecting commission on the sales of those products, and can even work in conjunction with ads or separately. Web sales model is when a customer pays directly for a product or service, except that customers must first come to your company via a web search or outbound marketing, and conduct transactions solely over the internet. 6)Digital Marketing Plan: a. Targeted marketing allows you to focus your marketing investments and brand information on specific markets that are more likely to buy from you than other markets. This is a more affordable, efficient and effective way to reach potential customers and generate business. So, we analyzed our products and chose a certain demographics that we would like to target. We target pottery fans, those who like pottery mugs, vases and so on. Also, we target women all ages as well as teen girls as we offer a variety of accessories, home accessories and homeware that all women and girls need. Creating a new product or service requires a lot of work, and unfortunately, it does not stop once it is ready, starting and promoting it is the other half of the equation. Hence, we are planning to use social media accounts, advertisements on another websites and opening booths at different events as our main marketing strategy, as well as we can use Google my business where we can add our posts and offers on what is new tap to appear and reach to more people. c. We can start our campaign planning by specifying our goal which is promoting our product and our brand, then we will specify the budget for the campaign after that we will specify our target audience, design and create the campaigns content and analyze results. Our main marketing campaign is social media marketing campaigns by using certain trend hashtags on Instagram that will make our products more reachable to new customers, also, use unusual and creative sponsors where we can use something like Cairo Runners that we can sponsor and allow people to hear our brand name and we can offer sample for them there so, they can check us out on our social media accounts or our website directly. We can also use giveaways on social media accounts to attract people to try our products. 7. Issues and Risks: One of the main problems is that our company's SEO and digital marketing might impose a serious threat. Google's algorithms are constantly changing, and this has a significant impact on our ranking. A low SEO score implies less traffic to our website, which translates to fewer sales. Among the many e-commerce dangers, customers can be turned off by poor customer service or an unpleasant encounter. It will eventually harm the business. It has numerous flaws, ranging from unpleasant and unprofessional customer service representatives to out-of-date inventory management, also incorrect deliveries might cost money. If our website contains weak authentication methods, it can lead to cyber-attacks and information can be stolen.
