A. All you need is your phone camera (most phones today are very capable of
taking high quality pictures)
B. Picking your subject / figuring out what you want to capture
1. Think about what you are trying to capture and how you want it to
be presented
Now that you know what you want to capture were ready to focus our attention
C. Focus attention
1. Think about what the viewer of this image is going to see and what
emotions you want them to have about your picture
2. You can really focus attention by thinking about the relative size, the
lighting, and the framing
Now that your attention is focused it is time to simplify your photograph
1. Simplify your photograph by waiting for any distractions to move from
the background, any distractions could make a great picture look bad
2. Getting closer to your subject can really simplify the photo

A. Taking a good picture is really as simple as picking your subject, focusing
attention and then simplifying the picture
