Ecommerce Manager Responsibilities include:





Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans
Collecting and analyzing supply chain data
Stay current with online marketing environment
Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs
Coordinating with other professionals to implement changes and new systems
Job brief
We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to conduct data analysis to improve our
supply chain operations, eventually overseeing day-to-day operations within our own
warehouse. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs.
In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. You will
have knowledge about website design, budgeting, interviewing and training new
employees. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. If you also have
experience in ecommerce, logistics and supply chain processes, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.
Responsibilities













Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route
planning)
Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
Oversee inventory procedures
Provide support for strategy development and sales performance
Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards
Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
Responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies, and
for hiring and training the rest of the Ecommerce division.
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop eCom content and marketing strategies.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics
Coordinator or similar role
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse
management)
Sound knowledge of website management and ecommerce usability
Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Analytical mind with business acumen
Problem-solving aptitude
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational ability
BS/BA in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field
Proficient with Microsoft office applications
Extensive experience with online retailing












Skills




Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multitask and problem solve
Must have a strong grasp of spreadsheets, databases, search engine optimization
and e-marketing
Must be able to build our ecommerce department from the ground up
Salary: $66,240 to $91,035 – Average is $76,603

Review invoicing and chargebacks. If chargeback work to find out cause and
solutions.
Imaging and video planning.
Managing china team to get needed information like pricing, product order
shipments for Wayfair and 3P inventory reports
