Marketing activities

Development of Ecolean solutions for new product categories and niches. Launch of new categories:
plant-based milk with a Kazakh customer; juice drinks with an international player in Russia; etc.

Development of tailor-made offers for Ecolean prospects taking into consideration global and local
market research, competitive environment and prospects’ strategy. Over 200 presentations developed
for potentials in accordance with their product category, location (rival benchmarking), technical
possibilities and consumer trends.

Cooperation with third parties: agencies, designers, other suppliers for development of “all-inclusive”
offers. More than 50 new SKUs launched and 10 advertising campaigns successfully ran.

Establishment of a program of regular joint conferences for our customers’ marketing professionals, by
inviting celebrities of marketing in the field of FMCG, to these events.
Sales activities

Long-term customer relationships: initial sales leads to continuous sales of portfolio ideas and
subsequent packages delivery. 30% increase of active customer database.

Key-account for 10 customers that made appr. 50% of yearly sales volumes surplus (2018-2020).

Arrangement of sales workshops and events for existing and potential customers.
Sustainability activities

Conducting sustainability strategy of the company, applied for the Russian- and CIS-market. Speaker at
relevant events.

Since 2019: implemented a pilot project for collection of Ecolean packages, recycling and identification
of possible applications for secondary material received.

Prepared sustainability benefits program for customers became a door opener for global accounts.
