In this lesson we learnt that your brain is geared towards the negative when you don’t get enough sleep. Can you describe a time in your life when your sleep patterns influenced your mood, positively or negatively? I had to study for a test in biology class. I slept at around 3 am that night. However, while I was studying and preparing for my test, It was hard for me to concentrate the notes that I have taken during class period.
