Do not be afraid, I will be the one who will help you restore all the hard work that
you have done today. Even though things can get tough in life, you will succeed if
you can be in more peaceful state while sleeping.
T H AT R E M I N D S M E . . .
In this lesson we learnt that your brain is geared towards the negative when you don’t get
enough sleep. Can you describe a time in your life when your sleep patterns influenced your
mood, positively or negatively?
I had to study for a test in biology class. I slept at around 3 am that night.
However, while I was studying and preparing for my test, It was hard for me to
concentrate the notes that I have taken during class period. I was keep forgetting
what I was reading which changed my mood in a very unpleasant way.

During and immediately after the physical activity.

During the physical acivity, I felt tired and intensified. However, I had so much
good sleep that night.

For the rest of the day after the physical activity, I felt really tired and i managed
to get early sleep. This was needed in my daily routine, because it allowed me to
not only sleep more but to have quality sleep.
