Naledi as a teacher or any teacher to create an atmosphere of respect
Creating an atmosphere of respect by making sure that learners know that are cared and loved, by
taking conversations with learners whom a teacher do not know well. A teacher must set up a
classroom culture of inclusive and respect, a teacher must try it by researching if are there any learners
who feel left behind. An educator must acknowledge learners who demonstrate kindness, respect and
thoughtfulness in the classroom. A teacher can use a good approach when teaches learners about
acceptable and unacceptable behavior in classroom. A teacher can give learners a chance to practice
both social and emotional skills when they are discussing. A teacher can allow and guide learners to
develop their classroom expectations. A teacher can provide the learning opportunities that encourage
cooperation, cohesion and compassion among learners. A teacher can act or model the behaviors he or
she likes for his or her classroom. A teacher can make learners know that are responsible for their
learning and let them know each other’s strengths
