General Term & Conditions

Cheque /DD to be drawn on in favour of "Krisala Associates"

Token Amount - Rs. 100000/- to be paid immediately to hold the apartment for 7 days. Balance 10% + Stamp duty, Registration and GST (on Pro-rata Basis) to be paid
within 10 days of Token amount/ application. If 10% not received within 10 days, the application will be terminated,apartment will be open to sell and cancellation
charges will be applicable

The above mentioned taxes & duties are approximate & may change based on Government policies from time to time

1 Number of car park is are available & allotment of the same will be done as per agreement chronology.
