PRODUCT REALIZATION
It will describe all practices related to the production of ice cream. The
process of development and planning is the first step.The customer
processes are requirements for delivery and post delivery activities. Next
processes include design and development planning inputs ,outputs,
review, verification, validation and control of design changes. Establish
documents procedures to ensure purchased products conform to specified
purchase requirements.it is also important to validate any processes for
production and service provision. The identification and traceability are also
part of this. The controlling and monitoring will be carried out for all
processes in the ice cream shop.
QUALITY DIMENSIONS
The following are the quality dimensions of ice cream:
● The appearance of ice cream is flavoring and package appearance is
customer appealing .
● The texture of ice cream is icy, smooth, creamy.
● A customer's choice of flavor will affect the color of ice cream.
● Ice cream's size is determined by its box size and the container
dimensions (72x53x58.3mm=90ml)
● Melting point of our ice creams is -3 degrees Celsius.
● Various flavors of ice cream are available to customers.

Making ice cream requires assembly of the following parts:
● Bill of materials mainly consists of raw materials and
packaging material
● Ice cream production requires raw materials such as cream,
sugar, milk, and water.
● Packaging produced ice cream requires boxes and
wrappers.
● There will be a difference in quantity of each component
based on the need.
