Notice for participation of Sociedade De Fomento Industrial Private Limited in
Nadidih Iron Ore Block (BICO)
1.
With reference to the “Invitation of bids for grant of Mining Lease for Iron Ore, Iron
Ore & Manganese, Iron Ore & Dolomite and Bauxite Minerals” dated July07, 2021
issued by the Government of Odisha for Nadidih Iron Ore Block (BICO).

As per Notice Inviting Tender dated July 07, 2021,Sociedade De Fomento Industrial
Private Limited was debarred from participating in auction of Nadidih Iron Ore Block
(BICO).

In this regard, as per the order dated August 17, 2021passed by Hon’ble High Court of
Orissa in I.A. no. 9360 of 2021 arising out of W.P.(C) No. 6152 of 2021, Sociedade De
Fomento Industrial Private Limited is allowed to participate in the ensuing e-tender sale
of forms which is open till August 19, 2021 and the participation of Petitioner No -01
company in the ensuing e-auction shall be subject to result of Writ petition.

In view of above order of Hon’ble High court, Odisha, the last date of sale of tender
document in case of Nadidihi Iron Ore Block (BICO) is being extended by 24 hours i.e.
up to 17:00hours on August 20, 2021, in order to enable Sociedade De Fomento
Industrial Private Limited to purchase the tender document.
