Holistic Health Program
Students are to test themselves against several health tests with a view to creating a fitness plan for all
areas of their lives including mental, physical, intellectual, social and spiritual aspects.
Outcomes being Assessed

Students must
a) Complete a series of tests that allow them to measure their spiritual, mental, intellectual, social and
physical health. These tests will be provided on Classroom.
b) Create a holistic fitness plan to address the areas that need improvement. Do this by setting goals and
working towards them, documenting their successes and failures.
