Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Yum yum buffalo chicken wraps (you can replace chicken w/
chickpeas. You can use vegan chicken strips or baked chicken strips
with breadcrumbs. Serve with rice or potatoes.
Ingredients:

Breadcrumbs
Eggs

Tortilla
Directions:
Season the chicken with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1sp paprika, ½ tsp
turmeric, ¼ tsp oregano, salt & pepper to taste & 1-2 tbsp buffalo
sauce. Coat with eggs & breadcrumbs & bake until crispy. Wrap
around tortilla & grill for it to be crispy yay.
Chicken Caprese
Ingredients:

Basil or Pesto spread

Directions:
Slice chicken in half, season w/ salt & pepper & stuff all ingredients.
Fry in pan & cover w/ lid for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve
with salad, quinoa, or pesto pasta.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:

Directions:
Season chicken w/ salt & pepper & cut slices throughout breast.
Chop Veggies in slices and stuff with 1 slice of each veggie on each
cut. Bake or fry & serve w/ pesto on top
Shawarma Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:

Rice or quinoa
Yogurt
Mayonnaise
Parsley
Tomato

Directions:
Cut chicken in stripes or season chicken breasts with 1tbsp yogurt, 1sp
garlic, 1tsp paprika, 1sp garlic powder, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, ½
tsp oregano, ½ tsp chili flakes, salt & pepper & juice of ½ lemon. Cook
quinoa or season rice with turmeric & cumin. Make sauce with 2tbsp
yogurt, 3tbsp mayo, garlic, parsley, 2 tbsp lime juice & salt. Serve with
tomato, cilantro, or corn.
