Devices sent in without Proof of Purchase, within the 2.5 to 5 year period of the pro-rated warranty, or outside the warranty period may require a fee
for the replacement of the device.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Shipping of the old device is the responsibility of the Customer. If the device is in the warranty period, NOCO will cover the shipping of the
replacement device to you. If out of warranty, for the applicable warranty fee, shipping of the replacement device will be included in the fee.
Devices that are exchanged for a new device will have the remaining warranty transferred from the old device to the new device.
Devices that are submitted without proof of purchase or applicable warranty fee may be recycled at the discretion of NOCO. If user does not wish to
pay the out of warranty fees, user may receive a used unit if exact unit has already been recycled.
Normal turnaround time for warranty devices is 4-6 weeks but could take longer in cases of supply chain disruptions or other circumstances beyond
NOCO’s control.
For in-stock items on our website, Faster Turnaround is available. You must ask for this option. You would need to purchase the device on our
website and once the old device is returned, tested, and approved, we can refund the order. If the device tests good, you will receive the original unit
and order cannot be refunded. If the device is out of warranty, an out of warranty fee will be deducted from the purchase amount.
The warranty process does not notify users the status of the device or when it is shipped. You may contact us for an update or you can sign up for
FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice and be notified when you receive any package, not just ones from NOCO.
Devices sent to any other address than the one listed on Page 1 may result in a delay in processing your warranty. Older manuals found online may
list an old and incorrect warranty address.
Warranty fees are subject to change. Pricing is based on the current MSRP on our website.
