more red blood cells.

causes of death in the world however the risk of these health problems can
reduce with exercises.
3. Bone health improvement.
Exercise plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong the bones. Playing
sports that involve running and jumping can be advantageous as well.

Obesity is the main problem in some countries however regular exercise burns more
calories, and increases muscle mass, both of which are key to weight loss and weight
maintenance.

immune function and control stress and anxiety.
2. Better brain function
Regular exercise improves memory and reduces depression as effectively as
antidepressant medication.
