The meeting started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon with an opening
prayer by Mrs. Victa ( mother of Genesis Victa )
The adviser took the initiative of asking the parents how are their children doing and some
parents answered, “ok lang mam”, mas maray baga mam may face to face ta dai nanunuod si
iba.” Others share their stories, some are struggling and some are doing great.
Adviser encouraged the parents to guide their children in accomplishing the learning tasks
and others school works.
Mrs. Orendain opened asked if there are chances of passing in the side of their children
knowing that all are having a hard time because of pandemic and that everyone is not yet
fully adjusted to the online distance learning. Adviser answered that they are doing their best
to answer the queries of the learners, they also monitor regularly the learners in all forms.
No questions has been raised so the adviser proceeds to the distribution of Form 9.
Upon distributing is also provision of feedbacks so the parents are informed of their
children’s’ progress.
Distribution of modules.
The meeting has adjourned at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon.

2. Distribution of Week 7-8 Las/Slm
3. PTA Project
The meeting started at 1:30 on the afternoon. Adviser lead the prayer.
Adviser discussed the first agenda which is the Closing of the School Year, she then
announced that the last day of classes will be on July 10, 2021. And advised everyone to
accomplish their tasks on time and not in later time because they are also following the
deadline.
She also added that there will be no recognition rites for the school year. She reminded the
parents to continue encouraging their learners for their progress.
The next agenda is the PTA Project, parents agreed to contribute for the Learning Kiosk which
happened to be the project of SHS. Each Parent will contribute P30.00.
The adviser proceeds to the next agenda which is the Release of Form 9 for the 3 rd quarter.
She also gave feedback to the parents and advised to check on the subject teachers regarding
to the grade’s deficiencies.
Afterwards the adviser distributes the SLMs and LAS along with the Learning Tasks.
The meeting adjourned at 4:45 in the afternoon.
