While browsing through Indeed, looking for a job opportunity that could provide valuable
experience, I stumbled upon your Tim Hortons Customer Service Team Member job posting. I
believe that I am suited for the role and would best utilize the job to grow and improve.
In my experience, many people struggle with the dealing of difficult customers. However, I
found that one of my strengths is being able to handle situations before they get out of hand. My
interpersonal skills help me communicate more effectively as I can read social situations
efficiently and effectively. I have also proven to be able to cooperate in a team setting extremely
well throughout my countless teams and committees I have been a part of.
Another reason I wish to join your company is because I believe it will be a good
opportunity for me. The experience that I will gain from customer service will apply to me in the
future and in my own personal life. It will help me gain insight on different types of people and
how to deal with them. I will also gain experience in the corporate work field and further
strengthen my collaborative skills.
