This is a great opportunity that I am glad I have the chance to take advantage of. I have passed the Armed Forces of the Philippines Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT) with a raw score of 80.25%, have passed the Army Qualifying Exam (AQE) and Special Written Exam (SWE) given by the Philippine Army and the Physical Medical Exam and Physical Fitness Test conducted in the Philippine Army thru PAOSC. I have known for some time that joining the army was for me and I am now ready to take that step and join the military. I know that being a soldier is a challenging career but it is one that I am ready to undertake. I am self motivated and hard working. I can accomplish any goal that I set my mind to and I am in great physically health and ready for Basic Combat Training. I have the ability to follow orders and perform the tasks assigned to me. I understand that maintaining a certain appearance is necessary once you become a part of the military. I will avoid any activity that would be frowned upon by the military and I will conduct myself in a professional manne r at all times. I understand that everywhere I go I will be representing the army even when on leave. I can work as a team and backup my fellow soldier but I have the ability to step up and take on the leadership role if the need arises.
