FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF VALUES RESTORATION PROGRAM IN SCHOOL

1. In accordance with the thrust of the government for a grit- free society, the public- private
partnership between the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Council for Restoration for the
Filipino Values (CRFV) was established for the implementation of Values Restoration Program
(VRP) through CSC Announcement No. 40, s. 2013, empowered CRFV to continue its advocacy
among all civil servants in Constitutional Bodies.
2. Relative to this all faculty and staff in our school are required to attend the Training on Values
Restoration Program for all Teaching and Non- Teaching Personnel on August 24 -25, 2021
via any preferred online platforms. The said roll- out shall be led by the trained District Values
Restoration Officers as per Division Memorandum No. 108, s. 2021.
3. The objectives of this activity are:
a. Raise effective, honest, and righteous DepEd personnel and to transform positional leaders
into functional and righteous public servants who will effectuate change in the government;
b. Increase public awareness on the evils of corruption and the means of fighting the same;
c. Motivate and train Godly leaders with exceptional character and dedication by providing
excellent values and leadership programs; and
d. Help in the full implementation of Values Restoration Program in their respective schools and
influence the learners and the community by setting as an example of a person who
internalizes patriotism, integrity, excellence, and spiritually through words and actions.
4. Attached are the enclosures that will be followed by all schools to wit:
 Enclosure 1. Training Matrix
 Enclosure 2. Programme
 Enclosure 3. Schedule of Weekly Value Focus.
5. Full implementation of the Values Restoration Program in our school is required.
6. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is hereby enjoined.
