space available in front of each shop. Sidewalks connect the various zones of the open
mall. Typically, open malls may range from 5,000 to 10,000 sq.
Unlike enclosed malls, an open-air shopping center includes rows of stores spread
over an area with a sidewalk or pavement in front. Think of it as an organized “high
street” with the comfort of a mall.
