Volleyball Instructional Video Description: Now that you have learned and practiced each of the fundamental skills of volleyball, it is now time to apply the skills and knowledge you developed to an instructional video for a certain volleyball skill. Displayed on the whiteboard are your assigned groups, which is also assigned to a certain skill relating to volleyball. Your task within your group is to create a 1-2-minute video that instructs and demonstrates the skill that has been assigned to you. The purpose of this assignment is to assess your understanding of the fundamental form of skills in each volleyball skill and your ability to execute it. Students will be graded on the following: Participation of each student in the instruction and/or demonstration of the assigned volleyball skill. Number of instructional cues applied to the skill Appropriate demonstration of the skill reflecting the instructional cues. Video is between 1-minute to 2-minutes in length. Now, in small groups of 4-5 students, you will bring the components together to create a 3-4-minute routine. Your group can decide which song you would like to perform to as long as it is school-appropriate and approved by me.
