Workshop machinery checklist - sheet 1

Workshop machinery - defects control - sheet 2
Remedial action should be taken as soon as is possible after defects have been identified.
Depending upon the seriousness of the defect, the machine may have to be placed out of
use until such time as defects have been dealt with. In these instances machinery should be
prevented from being put into use, e.g. by locking off the electricity supply etc.
