A small pool of blood and a weapon was found near a garbage dumpster. After examining the area, the
CSI on the scene discovered a body in the garbage dumpster and identified him as Earnest “One eyed”
Earl. Earl had a wound to his chest that will be analyzed by the medical examiner. The CSI tested
blood samples from the blood pool and the weapon at the crime scene. It was determined that the
blood pool and most of the blood on the knife was type B but there was some blood found on the
handle of the knife that was blood type A. To help identify the person who murdered him you will
need to type the blood of Earl and the three suspects that the CSI has identified as being in the area
before the body was discovered.




Put two drops of blood on the petri dish
Add Antigen A to the first drop and record your results ( + for clumping, - for no clumping)
Add antigen B to the second drop and record your results
Determine the blood type based on your results.
