Answer:
I don't think it's possible to teach someone to be a leader, rather they are character
traits that people achieve throughout their lifetimes. Which is why not everyone is fit to
be a leader, some people have an environment that supports or gives them the
character that is required to lead others. I don't think that you can teach someone to be
courageous or teach someone to make be able to make decisions for others.
