This execution is done by the on-demand test that is operating when operator is requested. ● External Ping Test : On-demand test ● Trace Route Test : On-demand test ● POST(Power-On Self-Test) : Self-test when NE(PNF) is initialized. On-demand test is triggered by operator’s request. For on-demand test, test jobs are executed as soon as they are received. The request is sent to the desired NE(PNF) and NE(PNF) sends the response to the operator as “OK or NOK” after checking the test availability. If response is OK, the specific test is performed.
