Sub: Marketing of OBD services through SIP based new services developed by BB team Ernakulum reg: You may be aware that EB team, BSNL Ernakulum is in the process of developing customized Enterprise business solutions such as interactive OBD, Virtual Call center, Voice dropping etc in tune with EB customer requirement/demand. In this regard, it is requested to instruct the KAMs of each BA to interact with thi new service team, Ernakulum to develip the solution in line with the customer requirements. To start with the service provisioning anA opti mization; it is proposed to capture the business for simple OBD service as detiiled below l. Any BSNL employee can meet the customer for simple oBD. 2. collect the request for oBD from the customer. 3' Collect the mobile number list from the customer if available. If the mobile number list is not available with the customer, specify the BTS name/area of deposition for f6tring OBD to BSNL customers. Collect the voice sample of 25 sec or 55 sec duration in Mp3 or Wav format from the customer. 5' Now the employee (who got the OBD business) is to contact EB KAM of the BA to issue demand note for payment at nearest CSC. 6' Demand-note may be issued as per latest tariff order 26-4/2012-T&C-CM dated 27-042015 at Rs /l - per minute + GST with pulse rate 30 seconds. 7 Advance payment may be collected at any CSCs as third partywith remark as OBD. 8' Mail the following to Team EB ENK via itsNl, mail ug-.u.(;@bsnl.co.in. a. Scanned copy o{the request form, certified by the KAM o-f th. ga. b. !ca11ed copy of the demand note issued by the BA. c. verified and genuine Audio clip of th. ,urio*rr. d. List of mobile numbers in cSV if available. Preferred Date and time of push OBD u, irrti.ated by the customer. scanned copy of the payment details at csc level.
