INSTRUCTIONS
This plate shall be graded in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Solutions shall be placed right after the problem. Meaning, you should present
the problem first and your solutions afterwards.
2. Grading systems
a. Accuracy
= 50%
b. Neatness
= 20%
c. Presentation
= 30%
Total
= 100%
3. Only the FINAL ANSWER (if numerically expressed) shall be rounded off to four
(4) significant figures.
4. Solutions shall be submitted on the indicated date thru bluehive.
5. Solutions shall be hand written and consolidated into one file only.
Disregarding the format means a Grade of 0.
6. Text height is 3 mm in blue sign pen text.
