COMPANY PROFILE
THE COMPANY
Readycon Trading & Construction Corporation, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, is a private domestic
stock corporation duly organized and existing by virtue of and pursuant to the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines. It was duly registered and incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
February 09, 1988.
THE BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS
The Company was duly incorporated with the primary purpose of engaging in the business of general building
and contractors, such as the building and construction of roads, airports, airstrips, bridges and other
edifications needed and necessary in the ordinary courses of business and life, and to enter into contracts in
relation to, or in connection therewith.
In pursuance thereto, the Company is currently engaged in the general building and construction with main
product line of ready-mixed asphalt and ready-mixed concrete. It is likewise engaged in leasing various
construction equipments and the supply of related construction materials. The Company’s asphalt and
concrete batching plantslocated in Manggahan, Pasig City, and in the City of Calamba, Laguna and its
operations are ably supported by the following equipments:

concrete mix, as contracted with various government agencies like the Department of Public Works and
Highways, Manila International Airport Authority, Philippine Ports Authority, National Housing Authority and
