• For that, actions needs to be done after SWOT and PEST analysis.

• We are located in very noble space. We have target of mostly high class consumer.
• We planned to advertise through social platforms also, which will help in getting the epotential orders as well.
• Looking for the profit part of 10% after all the expenses this year.
• Looking forward for one more store in coming 5 years.
COMMUNICATION
• There are many options to communicate the plan to your employees, but most
trustworthy plan is face to face communication. Small meetings are always have great
impact on the business.
• Will held two way communication so that employee feel comfortable and a sense of
noble.
• Need to clear the objectives of the business to employees, and take their feedback also
for improvements.
