3. If the buyer need to go to our factory for on-site inspection, the buyer need to bring enough samples and make an
appointment with relevant salesman 3 days in advance based on delivery time of the proforma invoice.

8. If any dispute about machine within 15 days after buyer receiving machine, need both parties friendly consultations or
be ruled by local people’s court of the seller.

10.After the proforma invoice expires, the seller has right to deduct the deposit payment as compensation and dispose
of the machine, at the same time this proforma invoice would be canceled automatically.
