Thus students must be able to optimally use 21st century skills in their daily work and professions thereby strengthening the nation’s innovations, research and development. How can a graduate from the Graduate School catch up with the demand of the 4IR while applying the values that he had learned from the Graduate School? (20pts) b) The 21st century skills are critical for every student to have inorder to thrive in a world where change is constant and learning never stops. Explain how can a graduate from the Graduate School apply the 21st century skills to his chosen profession? (20pts) 2. The Magna Carta for Public School Teachers (RA 4670) has been signed into law on June 18, 1966, and remained untouched for more than half a century. At present, House Bill No. 8384 is yet pending for deliberations to expand the Magna Carta for Public School Teachers Act. If given a chance, explain what are the provisions that you want to propose to further protect the welfare of the public school teachers? (20pts) 3. The Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (RA 10627) aims to protect children enrolled in kindergarten, elementary and secondary schools, and learning centers from being bullied. Bullying has the effect of actually causing or placing the child in reasonable fear of physical or emotional harm, creating a hostile environment and disrupting the education process. Explain how the specific effects of bullying like anxiety, depression, loneliness, low esteem or even suicide can be addressed by a school, and how can it stop bullying at its on level? (20pts) 4.
