This document mainly introduces the BMS PC software operation of rack
mounted lithium battery 48V series/51.2V series.
The BMS PC monitor software can download from below link or contact with
Ritar sales.

5. PC software operation
Once the hardware connect well. Open the BMS PC software by below steps.
Step 1. Click the reset button 6~10s to active the battery,
Setp 2. Double click BMSTools.exe to open the software.
Step 3. Check the battery ADD, USB series Port and band rate, click "connect".

For single battery application, the charger limiter function can be closed to achieve larger
current recharge purpose. By click disconnect to close charger limiter.
If the LIMIT MOS shows OFF, it means the charger limiter is closed.
For 48V BMS, some parameters are adjustable. these parameters can change by
parameter setting item.

Caution: Parameter setting needs to be carried out by professionals, improper setting will damage the battery and
cause safety hazards. All paramters need to be setted correctly after test.

6. BMS software update
By system setting, It can update the BMS software.
Get the update software file from Ritar sales, The file suffix is .bin
“Select bin file” and click “download”
It will takes 5~6 min to complete the update
Caution:
The battery shouldn’t be shutdown during update. So the battery should have enough energy or the battery charger
should be connected.

7. Fault analysis and data record
The logs can be used for fault analysis. the BMS can save the last 500 logs.
Click read log and save date.
Send log file to Ritar for analysis.
The BMS PC software can record realtime charge/discharge data.
The recording interval can be 0.5S ,1S, 2S, 5S, 10S and 30S
click “Save” to save the data.
