LEARNING RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IMAGE ANNOTATION Management of learning resources is very important role among educators especially to the school heads and teachers. For them to have a clear picture on managing their learning resources, I provided them TA on areas something vague to them. CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION IMAGE ANNOTATION Since the curriculum is the heart of our educational system it is very important that it would be implemented properly. Hence, providing TA on the packing and unpacking of MELCs was provided among the school heads and teachers to ensure the proper implementation in the field. CURRICULUM CONTEXTUALIZATION IMAGE ANNOTATION In contextualizing the curriculum, we implemented different Learning Delivery Modalities as depicted above and trained teachers on the development of contextualized, localized and indigenized learning resources for Kindergartedn to Senior High School. Other performance based assessments are also included for the learners to perform with the guidance of the learners’ learning facilitators. Project SHINE Aral Tarlakhenyo over DZTC, RTV TV 26 and facebook live was also introduced thru the leadership of SDS Dr. Ronaldo A. Pozon and Hon. Cong. Charlie Cojuangco. IMAGE ANNOTATION For personal and professional growth of school heads and teachers, Learning and Development program was cascaded and implemented in every school with the schools division. School Learning Action Cells were organized, implemented and monitored and provides TA as the need arises. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVISION IMAGE ANNOTATION To ensure clarity and understanding as well as to clear out vague educational issues and concerns, Technical Assistance was provided among School Heads and teachers. This is a way of strengthening and fostering harmonious relationship in the academe. COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE IMAGE ANNOTATION Communities of practice used in proving TA is through Group Chat, facebook, messenger, google meet, email, text messages and phone calls. Through these platforms, openness, trust and confidence was established and up to the present, it is still in use. PROFESSIONAL REFLECTION AND LEARNING TO IMPROVE PRACTICE REFLECTIONS ANNOTATION By engaging myself into sensible and reflective thinking, I was able to improve my practices in providing Technical Assistance among my fellow educators. Establishment of trust and confidence among people is the best way to build ones credibility in providing TA. As educators, we need to protect our environment for it is tantamount to protecting lives. We need to support disaster preparedness, mitigation and resiliency.
