1 - arrive, cluttered and dirty in an organized manner, todd and t, unlikely friendship, sense of community(thesis)
1 - normal morning routine (music and farting noises), joking and teasing, worker's 'uniform', safety meetings -- safety regulations not frequently followed
1 - andrew quote about tradition, mower loading process -- well coordinated, use of certain mowers and who does what traditionally, classic rock when they -> drive to park -- teigun and evan's thoughts on todd
1 - lead into leadership style of justin and employee relationship with their boss, safety meetings (tradition), (flipping the switch into hammer down mode) interview answers of E A and t, speculation on next in line to be boss, reason for R not being considered by E
1 - how the relaxed environmnent impacts language used, important qualities for employees: experience(ish), trustworthyness -- trust placed on kids on first day -- lack of supervision from todd or anyone, work ethic (evan being late but most people showing up early, working before 7, teigun being prime example and jogging from place to place), lead into focus on charisma
1 - ever changing work environment despite routines , uniqueness of jobs each week to break the mundaneness, need for intuition because of it -- Evan's struggle with this and Teigun and Andrew's enjoyment
1 - Despite different levels of enjoyment, shared sense of belonging. Males largely outweighed females, but were treated and joked with like anyone else. Unity formed through abundance of time spent together, everyone in the community being their boss -- vests like a sports team uniform, relaxed environment, and shared sense of trust to complete the job and not break unspoken rules about work ethic
1 - (Conclusion) Most summer employees planning to return the following summer, some not. Despite the reunion of the entire group not being likely, the strong relationships and experiences would be shared among the employees for the rest of their lives.
