Our Research Team is constantly working with big companies and
prestigious foundations on projects related to Innovation and
Sustainability.
We provide detailed studies on a wide range of issues (plastic pollution,
circular economy, etc.) and offer a multidisciplinary approach thanks to the
diverse expertise of our faculty members.

Our mission is to prepare managers and students to drive change

business and our planet. Innovation and Sustainability are not just

HOW TO IMAGINE

The future is coming and we want to be ready for it;
we want to thrive and get ahead of our competition by being the first
ones to understand what changes it is going to bring.

We generally imagine the future as a better version of the present; we
base our idea of tomorrow on what we see around us today.
Although it might be useful to focus on the things that don’t work in
the present, to try and make them work in the future, this is not the
right way to understand how the world of tomorrow will look like.
We need to give up our old ways of thinking, we need to be brave and
daring, like artists.
Indeed artists are not limited by conventional thinking; they think out
of the box and see things through their own unique perspective,
differently from everyone else.
This approach, free from the ties of conventional wisdom, can lead to a
real understanding of what the future might look like, and where risks
and opportunities will lie.

CBL (Challenge Based Learning)
Among all the innovative tools and methods we use at EIIS one in
particular is always going to be present in our courses:
Challenge Based Learning (CBL).
Starting from a real-life, problem, we encourage participants to
cooperate and come up, as a team, with viable solutions.
During the challenge participants have the opportunity to learn new
ideas, test their strategies, fail at them and try again, while engaging
in highly entertaining and formative tasks.
