Customer agrees to pay documentation charges of Rs.30,000/- at the time of registration. 7.Mode of payment may be cheque/DD/RTGS/NEFT in favour of M/s Saket Engineers Pvt. Ltd, in case of any cheque bounce, charges will be charged as action from SEPL. The Purchaser will be responsible for arranging Home loans and SEPL will not hold any responsibility for the same. 8.Architectural features like elevation, color/color combination or any other feature affecting aesthetics of the building shown in the marketing brochures are indicative only. SEPL reserves right to change the same. 9.I/We understand that it will be my sole responsibility to update my contact information with SEPL in Writing. If no communication is received from SEPL in a span of one month from the date of application or from the date of last communication, it will be my responsibility to revert to SEPL, clarifying latest status and updates and request for demand letters. CANCELLATION CLAUSES / PENALTY CLAUSE 1.. In case of cancellation, Rs.5,00,000/- will be deducted if booking is cancelled within one month from the date of Booking, balance amount will be refunded within 180 Days from the date of cancellation. 2. If the customer opts for cancellation after execution of Sale Agreement/Sale Deed or in violation of terms of agreement/sale deed 10% of the contract value will be deducted, customer has to reregister the plot/villa in favor of the nominee of the Developer. Subsequently to that, the developer will settle the accounts of the purchaser after applying cancellation charges and will refund the balance amount after resale of the unit to third party. 3. If the amount not received as per agreed terms mentioned in the booking form duly signed by customer the booking will be deemed to be cancelled and a letter of cancellation will be issued. 4. Interest on delayed payments: if Customer makes payment after due date will attract a penal interest of 2% per month compounded monthly on the full/outstanding amounts for the period of delay. 5.If any instalment as per schedule above is overdue for more than 60 days for any reason whatsoever the developer has the right to cancel the agreement unilaterally and refund the amount after deducting the cancellation charges post resale of unit to third party.
