Step 1: Unload the container
Step 2: Count the parts and make sure to write each of the ICTO for each part rec'd on the receiving
document.
1. We open the “Receiving Master 2.0” file in excel and enter the info so we can print off the
pallet tags.
Step 3: Once this sheet is filled out and the pallet tags have been printed and placed on the pallets we
open up the list of “intercompany transfer orders”
Step 4: Using the ICTO# that you found on the green label on the cases.
Look for the first 3 digit number in the list of document numbers on the Intercompany
Transfer orders screen in Netsuite and click on the view button.
Press the receive button.
Step 5: Using the “PI #” On the Green label you will find the appropriate Item fulfillment to receive by
looking under the “Item Fulfillment memo” column. You may need to open all of them in order to find
the item fulfillment with the right qtys that you rec’d. You open each one by pressing on the receive
button.
Step 6: On this screen you will be checking that the correct part#s on the ICTO and the correct Qtys. You
cannot change the qtys on the ICTO. So if it isn’t the right qty then you more than likely have the wrong
ICTO and you need to go back and check each case to look for another ICTO under the memo that might
have the right qtys.
You have 2 options at this point. You can Use RF-Smart or Netsuite
You can receive the product in Netsuite by doing the following:


Update the Inventory Detail with the location that you want to receive it to with the qty you
want to put in that location.
Then hit the save button.
Receiving using RF-Smart
Once you find the item fulfillment in Netsuite you can go into RF-Smart select the “Transfer Order
Receiving” Option on the main screen
1. Press the Load transfer orders button
2. Find your ICTO# and click on it.
3. Find your Item Fulfillment from Netsuite and click on it
4. Then you might have to add a location or a location might already be there. Then you click on
each part that you want to receive. And once you have gone through all the parts you can click
on the save button in the top right corner and you are done.
Step 7: The last thing we do is update the USA Spreadsheet. (Not sure how they are going to be doing it
in Prague)
1. Change the color from Green to yellow
2. Add the Receipt Month
3. Add the Qty that was recd that month
We hang on to the documents because the Auditors will be asking for proof of delivery at the end of
each quarter.
