waiting for their reply. Please wait for our email in the next five days.
You have to consider that we do have other customers as well and we had tried numerous times
already to address your problem.
We understand how frustrated you are. Apologies for the inconvenience we have caused you.

effort on all the tasks you gave me that are actually hard to comprehend because of your vague
and ever-changing instructions. I cannot accept this!!!!
