The food delivery industry faces various challenges - HR, app/website formation, customer acquisition, affiliate restaurants, and communication challenges in all the phases of development. Identifying the problems faced by the company at each stage Discussion as per the items We discussed the startups formed in online-food delivery systems. We discussed the journey of FoodPanda and Swiggy. After having a thorough discussion, we concluded that since FoodPanda failed before reaching the growth phase, Swiggy would be a better option for understanding the phases of a startup from the initial stage to the growth stage. We decided to go with a flat organizational structure because of the limited availability of resources in startups.
