- ROMAN
- RED LEAF
HERBS - Parsley
- Dill
DRESSING
- FAT - oil, avocado, tahini
- ACID - apple cider vinger, red wine, balsamic
- Salt, pepper
- syrup & mustard is optional
Also add spice
SWEETENER
- Orange juice or syrup
TOPPING
- Sweet potato, carrots & beets, califlower, brocolli
Also add whole grain to salad - Quinoa, farro, freaka
Add legume - beans, tempeh,kofu
Marinate tempeh to add to salad w/ nuts & seeds

MARINADE FOR TEMPEH & TOFU
- balsamic vinger, maple syrup, chili powder, fresh garlic or garlic powder, soy sauce
To cook tempeh use avocado oil or grape seed oil
