- At their wedding Silas cheats on Qetsiyah with Amara (human) (origin of Petrovas)
- Silas and Amara take the immortality elixir made for Qetsiyah and Silas
- Silas and Amara: First immortals made with magic
- Qetsiyah desiccated/petrified Amara and made her the anchor to the other side (everytime
a supernatural being dies, Amara will move them from the real world to the other side (Its
incredibely painful and the pain caused Amara to go insane even when desiccated)
- Other side: purgatory dimension for supernatural beings
- Qetsiyah petrified Silas and stores him and the cure for immortality in Nova Scotia
- Silas would either have to take the cure and die as a mortal witch, he’d go to the other side
because hes supernatural, or staying immortal as a statue on earth.
- Gemini coven feared how powerful Qetsiyah was
- Travelers (Silas and Qetsiyah’s coven) killed Qetsiyah for causing them problems and
creating immortality
- Travelers cursed into travelers by Gemini’s so they can’t practice natural magic or gather in
big groups
- Travelers created their own magic allowing them to possess bodies on non-travelers which
let them gather and do magic normally
- They kept Amaras petrified body so it wouldn’t fall into the wrong hands
- They tried to find Silas and the cure to destroy the immortals to restore the balance of
nature
- The immortality spell: Because Qetsiyah destroyed the balance of nature, nature found a
loophole and decided to create a doppleganger for silas and amara every few hundred years
which could die, since neither silas nor amara could die

- Markos cast a spell that would make the dopplegangers mystically drawn to eachother, so
in time, it would be easier to find them, use their blood to break the curse placed on them
by the Gemini coven
