1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Laser Pen for Pain
Relief Device. Your satisfaction is very important
to us. The laser pen relief device is intended to
reduce joint pain and muscle pain, relieving
stiffness, promoting relaxation of the muscle
tissue and temporarily increasing local blood
circulation where the light therapy is indicated.
The Laser Pen Device is a therapeutic laser device
primarily for private use. It is, however, also used
by some practitioners.
The Laser Pen Device is used primarily for the
treatment of a small part of the body where the
laser targets a specific muscle or an
acupuncture/trigger point.
Only one button (on/off) on the device, which is
also used for time setting, the treatment time is
set around 10 minutes. The laser makes a slight
sound when it starts and stops.

Forbidden Group :
• Pregnancy - This device has not been tested
to be used for pregnant women or infants and
toddlers.
• Carcinoma - This device has not been
evaluated in patient populations with carcinoma.
• Fever (body temperature higher than
100.4 °F/38℃
• If you have a pacemaker
• If you have light triggered seizures
• Do not use directly on the Thyroid (Front of
the throat). Impact of increased temperature on
thyroid is inconclusive at this time.
• Do not use skin creams, oils, retina or lotion
of any kind for at least half an hour before
treatment. Any type skin lotion can make the
skin overly sensitive to the light.
• The device should NOT be used by children
under the age of 13 as their skin may be too
sensitive.
• Do not allow the device to contact (touch)
broken skin. The device is not sterile and may
cause infection.

• Follow usage instructions. Putting the Light
right next to the skin on one spot for several
minutes, 10 minutes or longer, can heat the
blood.
4. Medical Precautions
• This device does not emit UV rays, or any
other harmful rays.
• The device is not to be used by incapacitated
or unconscious persons.
• Do not leave small children unattended with
the device.
• Do not allow children to use – This is not a
toy.
• Do not use over areas of bruised, broken or
sensitive skin.
• Do not sit on or against, fold, crush, or lay on
this device.
• Do not use with liniments, salves or
ointments that contain heat – producing
ingredients, as skin burn could result.

• If the device temperature begins to feel too
hot, turn it off immediately. If the heat causes
any discomfort, stop using.
5. Safety Precautions
This product is built and certified to conform
with IEC/EN 60825-1:2014.
• Do not use device around water. Contact with
water could cause electric shock. This device is
not waterproof. Do not place or store the device
near a tub, sink, toilet, or other place where the
device could come into contact with water.
• Don’t stare directly at the light, or it can be
painful for sensitive eyes.
• The pain relief device is made of electronic
circuitry. Great care should be exercised when
using, storing and carrying the device.
• Do not lay the device (with power ON) flat
onto a plastic, wood or other heat sensitive
surface. The heat from device could cause
damage.
• Do not apply to wet or damp skin. Electronics
may be damaged if exposed to water.

• When cleaning the device, NEVER immerse in
or wash with water. Always use a soft dry cloth to
clean the device.
• If the device will not be used for an extended
period, remove the battery from it.
• BATTERY USE: As with on any electronic
device, the rechargeable battery must be
installed, used, and properly disposed. Batteries
may explode or leak and cause burn injury if
inserted backwards, disposed in fire, mixed with
a different battery type, or disassembled. Use
just Original Rechargeable Lithium Battery.
ATTENTION: Do not use other Rechargeable
Lithium Battery . Other battery might damage
the electronic circuit of the device by over
powering it.
For your safety, please read the “Medical
Precautions” and “Safety Precautions” section of
this manual before start using this product.
• With the device pointed away from your eyes,
turn the ON/OFF switch to ON position.

• Do not use the device towards the front of
the throat as it may affect with thyroid function.
6. Usage & Time Guidelines
According to following picture to use the laser
pen by treating your injury.
(Use it everyday until recovered.)
It need be held lightly against the skin and be
rotated a third of a turn every 20-30 seconds to
get the best effect. The blood flow starts
immediately upon direct contact, whereas it
barely gets beyond about 3-4mm depth when
held away from the skin.
(In the event of acute burn, one hour is treated)

7. Troubleshooting
The laser pen pain relief device has no customer
serviceable parts.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CHECK THESE:
Person Related:
• Feeling uncomfortable while using- Stop using
immediately. Consult a doctor if this continuous.
Make sure you are using the device as directed.
Holding the device too close to the skin (less
than an inch) for an extended period of time
(over 3 minutes) on a single spot can lead to a
rising of the blood temperature.
Machine Related:
• If the work indicator lamp doesn’t light or
blink or very weak, check battery.
Equipment Maintenance
Don’t take the laser pen apart by yourself, or the
free maintenance will be invalid.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
Use only a soft dry cloth to clean the exterior.

Never use an abrasive cleanser or submerge in
water or any other liquid. This device cannot be
sterilized by any liquid or autoclave method.
Storage
Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from
direct light and extreme heat. WARNING: Do not
allow moisture to come in contact with the case
or light of the device. Do not soak the device in
water.
WARNING: If device keep out of use more than
about one month, remove the batteries from the
device to avoid their Corrosion.
Operating Environment
• Equipment is not suitable for use in
combustible air or in mixtures with oxygen or
nitrous oxide.
• Operating environment: 10℃ to 40℃ (50°F
to 122°F) 700hPa to 1060 hPa
• Storage environment: - 20℃ to 50℃ (4°F to

8. After-Sales Service
This equipment is warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of two (2) years from the date of original
purchase. If there is a problem during the
warranty period, we will repair any defective
parts for free.
The warranty does not cover external parts,
unauthorized repairs, accidents, abnormal wear
and/or damage from natural disasters, or
equipment that is not intended for use.
Opening, disassembling or tampering with this
equipment in any way will void the warranty. All
repairs and services must be returned to the
manufacturer.
