Ma’am Bel asked us to do our job even we are in light of the COVID-19 crisis. She
instructed us to send our soft copy of weekly home learning plan to our parents group chat
every Saturday to guide our learners as they do independent study at home and we should
focus in creating an individual learning monitoring plan to keep track of the progress of
learners who lag behind in completing the prescribed learning tasks. She added that there
will be a pupil’s query sheet and all pupils/parents will answer the template to serve as
monitoring tool.
Ma’am Bel also said that she corrected our submitted weekly accomplishment report
like correcting the minutes of the meeting to improve for the better and that is part of her
technical assistance.
She added that teachers are required to report in school once a week (as per
schedule).
