Intal, our school principal called the order of the meeting. Our face to face faculty meeting was commenced through an opening prayer led by Ma’am Mary Jane Y. Ignacio excitedly checked the attendance of each participant in the said meeting. Our kind and hard-working Principal Ma’am Anabel D. Intal gave her warmth message to the teachers for their hard work and commitment in doing their task. II. AGENDA: III. 1. Opening of Classes There will be a Virtual Opening of Classes via Google meet on October 5, 2020 at exactly 8:00 in the morning. The teachers will send the link to their group chat. Fabian Google meet link: Jinky Mendoza Ma’am Bel asked us to do our job even we are in light of the COVID-19 crisis. She instructed us to send our soft copy of weekly home learning plan to our parents group chat every Saturday to guide our learners as they do independent study at home and we should focus in creating an individual learning monitoring plan to keep track of the progress of learners who lag behind in completing the prescribed learning tasks. She added that there will be a pupil’s query sheet and all pupils/parents will answer the template to serve as monitoring tool. Ma’am Bel also said that she corrected our submitted weekly accomplishment report like correcting the minutes of the meeting to improve for the better and that is part of her technical assistance. Teachers Day There are some suggestions about the celebration of teachers day. Ma’am Bel suggested to have a celebration on Monday morning after the virtual opening of classes while Ma’am Liz suggested in the afternoon. Ma’am Marissa Ganelo suggested for a virtual celebration while the others to celebrate it after the meeting. Everybody agreed to celebrate the teachers day after the meeting. 3. Distribution and Printing of Modules Ma’am Bel asked the teachers if they printed all the modules for week 1 to 5 and all teachers said that they printed only the week 2 modules. She also asked the teachers about the issues and challenges they encountered during the distribution of week 1 modules and printing of week 2 modules. Ma’am Jinky printed all the week 2 modules using the desktop and printer at the office. According to her, the desktop do not have printer’s driver. She made an intervention by installing the software of the printer. Ma’am Ginalyn and Ma’am Liza also printed all the week 2 modules at the office. All grade 6 teachers successfully printed their week 2 modules using their personal printers at home. They printed the modules in black and white and back to back to lessen the need of bond papers and ink. Ma’am Yvette used printer at the office when they are scheduled to print the week 2 modules and the other subjects using her personal printer at home. Ma’am Tina borrowed desktop from the office and she also printed all week 2 modules at the office. Ma’am Ems bought 8 reams of bond paper before she received the 2 reams from MOOE, 2 reams from SK and 1 ream from Ardent. She also asked about the budget for the reproduction of modules. He also bought bond papers using his salary. Ma’am Hazel used her stock bond paper, personal printer and HRPTA printer at home. All Grade One teachers said that they printed the week 2 modules at the office when they are scheduled and they also used their personal printers at home. The personal printer of Mam Maris repaired and she buy 4 reams of bond paper to print all the week 2 modules. Ma’am Lea bought 5 reams of bond paper and 1 bottle of Black ink before she received the supplies. Ma’am Abby asked her son to photocopy the 8 subjects of Grade 3 modules for week 2 at Manila and she printed the 3 subject for week 1 because the supplier failed to delivered it on time. Based on the issues and challenges during the distribution and printing of modules shared by the teachers, there are no serious problem because it is resolved by themselves.
