1) Scope of Work:
Under this contract M.ANAS is solely responsible for the Supply & Fabrication of material to site and Erection
of material at site until it’s completion and handed over to client. Any Civil work is not included in this
quotation, hence can be provided separately if requested. Please see below mentioned building and design
Parameters of the Pre-Fabricated building.

5) Fabrication and Profile Standards:
M.ANAS will be using MS grade 36 material of thicknesses (4mm – 25mm) s per drawing for the fabrication of
columns, rafters and angle Bracings. All welding jobs will be carried out as per AWS D1. 1 standard. All rafters
and columns will be single side long weld and opposite side will be spot weld of 100mm after every
300mm.All stiffeners will be spot welded. M.ANAS will be cleaning the MS material with wire brush,
grinding/flap disc and manually removing any spatter with chizzle and hammer. Once these pieces are
cleaned, they will be painted with red oxide single coat to ensure material dose not catch rust and final paint
will be applied at site. M ANAS will be using purlins of z-shap of 200 x 60 x 15 of 2mm thickness. M ANAS will
fabricate the steel structure at its facility located at main service Road, Ring Road, Near combined Fabrics,
Ashiana Road, Lahore.

6) Cladding System:
M ANAS will use PPGI sheets of 0.5mm thickness of RAL no of client’s choice. All Four sides of shed will be
covered with 15ft corrugated sheets. We will be installing PPGI sheet gutter and 4’’ PVC downspout pipes for
rainwater drainage. All corners and gaps will be closed with same 0.5mm PPGI sheet trims.
7) Erection
M ANAS will be providing client with Anchor bolts and anchor bolts plan casting. Once client starts the Anchor
bolts casting then M ANAS will send a site Engineer to inspect that they are as per Anchor bolts plan. Once they
are approved then M ANAS mobilize its erection team to site to initiate the erection work. Client will need to
supply an electrical connection at site for using screw guns. It will altogether take 4 – 6 weeks for the erection
of structure to complete and site will be handed over to client.

9) Cost for Extra Area:
Cost of extra area will be decided upon the decision of execution (either to be done the extra area or not)

Payment Terms:
- 50 % Advance
- 30 % upon Delivery of Material
- 10 % after 50 % completion
- 10 % after completion of Works
